Wacky Wonderful Women!
Recently, Patti was presented with not only a donation for the zoo, but a medal from the Redneck Riviera Chapter of the Wacky Wonderful Women, a group dedicated to raising funds for the fight against cancer.
This past fall, they hosted the “2011 Making a Difference Walk/Run” and raised over $30,000 dollars! While the majority of the proceeds benefitted the American Cancer Society, they made a special donation to the zoo and honored Patti for her "wacky & wonderful" commitment to its growth and survival.
